Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. You will be offered a store credit for returned items, minus shipping costs you may have paid.
Exchanges
Follow the above 15 day policy above, must meet all criteria below, and may be exchanged for the same item in a different size. (Please understand our items do sell quickly)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept items that appear to have been washed or worn, smell of perfume or smoke, or have makeup, deodorant or pet hair on them. TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Jewelry, headwear, leggings, and bras cannot be returned due to health reasons. Sale/markdown items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - or must be able to locate your transaction via our online system.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 5 days. We will contact you with a credit code to use online or at any of our shopping events.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not fit. All exchanges must meet the criteria listed above, same as returns.
