Stars and Stripes Cutout Top

Ok, this one is simply adorable!  A fun, "summery" patriotic top that can be worn for days on the lake, Memorial Day, the 4th of July or any day.  Navy blue in color with white stars, red and white piping detail across the front and open shoulders.   

Soft, french terry knit material. This one would be great with white denim as well!
